5.	Speed Limit Sign	Road sign maximum speed limit: Urban Area: 65 km/hr Highway: 80 km/hr
6.	Tinted Glass	Light transmission NOT less than 70% for manufacturer fitted glass only. Films and stickers are not allowed.
7.	Inspection of Motor Vehicles	Compulsory every year inspection after 7 years of age.
8.	Road Worthiness Inspection Standard	a) Above carriage inspection b) Side Slip Test c) Speedometer Test - 5 m / km d) Brake Test - 50% - Service Brake (Min. Efficiency) - Parking brake (Min. Efficiency) e) Head Light test - 20% - Right lamp vertical - up & down - Horizontal - left & right - Left lamp vertical - up & down f) Sound Level (dB) g) Exhaust emission - 20% - Petrol - Diesel h) Under Carriage Inspection
9.	Driver's Licence	a) Minimum age - 18 years old b) Class of driving licence: 1= Autocycle 3= Private vehicle 7= Invalid carriage & pedestrian controlled vehicle c)Type of driving licence Provision Full 1 & 3 International Driving Permit d) Qualification of Drivers Driving test Endorsement
10.	Safety & Regulations	a) Safety belt - compulsory b) Helmet - Motorcycles & scooters compulsory c) Third brake light - advisable d) Catalytic converter - petrol engine required
11.	Modification of Vehicles	a) Tinted glass - not allowed b) Rim/Tyre sport - allowed within manufacturer limit c) Steering sport - not allowed d) Additional body kit - allowed within manufacturer limit e) Size and colour of licence plate - not allowed, f) Lighting - not allowed
12	Insurance Third Party Risk	Compulsory under the Road Traffic Act. All vehicles are required to be insured against Third Party risk
13	Road Design Standard	a) Road dimension 3.65m / lane width b) Max overhead structure - 4.3m c) Road capacity / rating 8 ton/ axle
14	Transportation of Hazardous Materials	Not permitted
